This is a "must have" for my bluegrass jam sessions.

I can't believe v2.0 is less expensive and packs so much more to it. I wish the automobile industry had your guys's ideals of progress. Are there plans in the future to invent something that will add a firey plasma around one's wrist or that can be held within the palm of the hand? Another effect suggestion I have would be to offer different colored fire, if possible: greens, blues, reds, purples, and hot white would be pretty sweet. Thanks for inventing!

I got one for both wrists. When the wife says, honey I told you three times to take the trash out. I respond with, fire shooting from my hands, I am the Lord of this house do not beckon me to do such menial tasks. After that, I wait tell dark to take the trash out because flame shooting from my hands looks cooler at night.
But now, my neighbors want me to start all their bonfires for them. Go figure.

How accurate is it at a range? I was thinking it would be cool if you could sharpshoot torches out of the air while juggling.
I doubt that's going to happen. The projectile is made of rolled up paper - it is not exactly aerodynamic. You can generally get it to about a 2 or 3 foot circle.

We have no plans for such things, but that's basically the old school flash paper gun you're talking about.

March 28: The unit now will not pair with the remote at all. It is a great effect when it works , but these random failures are a problem . At his point , I would like a wired remote version . Here’s the deal , some times it works , sometimes it doesn’t , when you need it to work , that’s when it fails . It worked good he other day, this morning I got up tried it . Seems to be paired . Got down town and no . It fails . I want this device . But I need it to be bullet proof . How can that happen?

Yes, you have to reload it after the barrels are fired.

Why dont you make a wrist strap that you can put on to your watch?:) there are standard sizes and it would be awesome cause noone would question you having a wrist strap, it would be a watch:)

How hard is it to burn a piece of wood? What's stopping someone from accidentally burning their house down??
This would not light wood easily - it would have to be completely soaked in something like petrol first.
We give detailed safety information so that it can be used as safely as possible. If someone follows those instructions, they will never burn down their house. If they decide to ignore our instructions they are taking that risk themselves. That being said, it would probably take either a freak accident or willful intent to burn a house down.

My first Pyro stopped working after a few months with virtually no use. I have pyro mini now and I have it vacuum sealed to protect it from moisture and i'm afraid to even take it out in fear that it will get damage. Also how exactly is pyro supposed to even shoot 600 times when glo-plugs don't last that long?
In tests they have lasted far longer. Environmental factors can play a role in their lifetime though.
Why not replace the glo-plugs with a tesla coil or plasma coils like some lighters have now. this way you dramatically enhance the lifespan of the device(assuming it works.) I have a lot of doubt that this device's lifespan is worth the price. I would rather buy a $500 device that will last me 10+ years than to spend $150 on something that won't last a few months if used it all the time. I really like pyro with how it attaches to your wrist and uses a remote control but the lifespan of this device practically makes it disposable.
Anyone who's bought this that lives in Australia, did they have any problems getting it shipped? I know they can be a bit over the top with not allowing things in.

Is it 1 shot per load?
One shot per barrel. With Pyro Mini you can do either two separate shots, or shoot both barrels at the same time. Then you do have to reload it.
