Yes, this thing can happen. If you put a smaller nose ring for a longer time, you will get difficulty in putting back nose pins with large thicknesses. So I will recommend that you choose nose pin designs that have the same thickness.

My gun earring supposed to last for 1 month and it was hard to remove it for 2 years. 1 of them fell off after 1 week randomly when I jumped and my hole just regrowned fully. Now I have 1 golden earring

After 1st one I just didn't wanted to pierce left ear, but they pierced it and it fell out after 1 week as I said 😕 Every girl from my class got their earrings when they were like 1-2 year old and I'm the one there late 😬
