Paw ult gets stronger the more damage you have taken. So if you did it when you were limp, it would have like triple the damage

2 things:
1. Paw ult deals more dmg the lower you are (the tactic is to use the t skill to come back after taking dmg to the water and be like 200 hp for max dmg)
2. Paw bomb deals more damage if you hold it

pho changed it to 50-40% hp full damage scaling when did in my video i used the water to make myself low then telport out of the water and charge the ult with 1185 in devil fruit 15 k damage on 7 people

Whenever I use storm to get myself low and to to middle of zone I usually only get 4k dmg idk if I’m doing it wrong or I just don’t have enough ppl in final circle

I prefer gura, it can do 4k dmg with x hitting everyone and instantly get ult for another 4k dmg hitting everyone again and during c u can change stats to m1 main
