The most important fact is the security of the game.284 days passed and it is still uncracked.Before releasing on pc the developers took lot of time to protect the game and it is not conventional denuvo protection like other games the security is toooooooooo hard to crack.In every aspect the game os the example of perfection.

Yes you can play it in low settings but you will get good fps

I won't bring much difference. Since you have an rx 560 your cpu won't be bottlenecking your graphics card. You can go with ryzen 3 3400g it wont matter much.
And I have selled my laptop because of battery drain and heating but I want a pc cpu will Be Ryzen 3 3200g and gpu rx570
If u are buying new, i would recommend a rx580 to get. I will be a big jump and is much cooler than rx570. Also the difference is only 20$
