Jessica Lang has been my very favorite actress since King Kong , could write pages how much i admire her, her personality shines , her acting is superb etc.etc.Shes the best
She is one of the brilliant actresses of all times, she has always been underrated. Her performances are very nuanced and versatile. She is extremely beautiful and elegant. A woman with substance. Till today, when she speaks, she is very genuine, coy and grounded, she is unaware that what a great actor she is.

She's a heavy smoker. That, in addition to aging which tends to deepen people's voices is why her voice is a lot higher and feminine here. If you listen closely, she still has the same quirks she has in recent interviews, it's just the quality of her voice that's changed.
TheScorpio Vampyre Still was enough to ruin her voice. Smoking did a heavy number on her voice.
I love the film Country. Jessica had 4th person to receive a double Academy Award nomination, (for which she won the supporting), and was probably the hottest female property at that time in Hollywood. She could have done anything as a follow up, and named her price, yet elected to produce and bring to the screen Country, which brilliantly depicted how the lives of American farmers were being dismantled during the Reagan Administration.

I never cared about her at all...just an actress. With amercian horror story that changed. Some actresses become better, more distinct and more solit with age, for me she is one of them.
