@@kiwimosier I'm really happy you enjoyed it! The slow, sinister, but calming vibe really gets me into the zoneeee. I always liked them, but this live clip really made me look forward to future live performances (even if it's just here via youtube)
I thought the reaction for the Save Me MV would be in this video :O Did you miss it? It came out on Monday! It's the third part of the open beta Xperiment (together with an instrumental track, as usual), after Boy Comics and Love and Fear. Now there's only one more to go. Good Enough and Dear H. were filmed as a pair. Junhan wrote Dear H about his own experiences as an introvert learning to deal with his band friends. Yeah, Junhan wasn't there, he had a stomach infection when they were filming Good Enough --- so his 'character' is the person behind the camera in that one. Pirates goes with Knock Down and Suckerpunch (and Strawberry Cake, but that one has an MV), they all have their live clips and are from the same album :) I miss having live clips for all their songs, but now we get concert clips, which are also great...
My reaction to Save Me will be out very soon. I'm still editing it :D Thanks for asking about it :D And ugh, I wish they could release a new song every month FOREVER! Oh my gosh, Junhan wrote Dear H?! I'm falling more and more in love with him... I hope you're having lovely weekend so far!
10:32 They wrote each member’s first names in age order in the sand with their footprints standing under each one 🥹 so it says “gunil, jungsu, jiseok (gaon’s real name), seungmin (ode’s real name), hyeongjun (junhan’s real name, jooyeon” The fact that they used the members real names and not their stage names makes it even more special and personal ❤
@@kiwimosier you’re very welcome! 😊 I love them so much too!! I really appreciate all your xh reactions because I react the same way as you haha XH deserve so much more love and attention 🥹
@@kiwimosier It was hours ago so I don’t remember it all 😅 But let me try: These are 2 of my absolute faves in their discography! My top 5 would have to be Dear H., Pirates, Man in the Box, Ghost & Pluto. In no particular order but I think these two are definitely in the top 3 💕 I’m also super glad they gave Hyeongjun (Jun Han) some screen time at the end of the MV because he actually wrote the song! Dear H. is about himself and his members; their efforts to reach out to him and how much he also desired to draw closer to them but carried a lot of insecurity and anxiety about ‘flying too close to the sun’ so to speak. “Come to me! Speak to me!!”… louder inside. I find those lyrics really powerful, the way he expresses that desperate longing for connection, to the point of screaming it loudly on the inside, yet he finds himself unable to externalize it. 🥺 He also wrote Pirates as well! So talented 🙌🏽 Hope you get a chance to check out ‘Save Me’ which just dropped last Monday! As always, thanks for your reaction 💕
PIRATES!!!!! FINALLYYYY
I don't know how I've missed this song for so long! Love it so much!
