Wow! Glorious indeed! I feel like the yellow daffodils you're talking about at 19:18 minutes in are good where they are. They lead the eye all the way back, where as if they were all white the depth of the garden may be lost.

Your garden is absolutely beautiful!! ... I really like the yellow daffodils. They do a great job of drawing your eye through the garden. They tie in with your yellow blooming shrubs...And! They hi-lite the pale yellow in the centers of your other daffodils... ❤

That arrangement sitting there with all the fallen blossoms is an absolutely beautiful little vignette!!! I wish you would’ve slowed down and given us a little view of that! I have a habit of just screenshotting things I find beautiful in videos. My eye for things like that is akin to a classic Victorian glossy photo book

I went looking for the Private Edens book and discovered that on Amazon, if you have Kindle Unlimited (which I do), the book is FREE!!!! Not as nice as having the actual book, but since it is out of print, this is a nice way to sample it. I have been perusing it on my iPad and the pictures are so inspiring. I thought your viewers might like to know about this as an alternate way to read it until we can all have our own copy to hold and enjoy. Thanks for sharing this.

The gardens are looking beautiful! As far as the yellow daffodil, I think you should keep the clump that is evenly spaced between the forsythia and the shrub with yellow highlights. Remove the other two and replace with that beautiful Lingerie daffodil. That will tie in nicely with the ones in other beds. Happy digging!

Hello from London UK dear Danielle 😃 How delightful it is to catch with you on weekly basis with your enchanting garden tour & chat ! I have definitely made a note of the long lasting "Pueblo" daffodils for next Spring and discovered the beautiful "Exotic Emperor" tulip. So happy to see little Grace enjoying the garden & Spring. Loving the supports that you have created for your Sweet Peas next to the library. The sunken raised beds might be the result of the soggy area that you had at the back of the library. Loving the view from the back of garden. The "Lingerie" daffodil is gorgeous and I agree that daffodil never let us down. I am pretty sure that your dear Grand Ma often comes to visit you and sit on her bench by her "Lamb's Ear" 💚

I wonder if you might find the yellow daffodils more appealing if you added purple crocus, squill and little grape hyacinth bulbs. I think that’s what make my yellow daffodils more heavenly….seeing the sea of crocus fade as the squill blankets it all and finally the little grape hyacinth’s taking their turn. I have daffodils blooming in places that I never planted and in the perfect places….this happens frequently and makes me realize Mother Nature is the best! Wishing you well and belly rubs to Grace!

I think your gardens are absolutely stunning and you DO have a great eye for design!! I immensely enjoy your garden walks and they always inspire me! I wonder if you wouldn't mind (if you think it would be worthwhile) to do a "walk and talk" to speak about how you decide the location of a plant. I noticed that you have Jacobs Ladder with sun loving perennials, for example, as well as Bleeding Hearts with other sun loving plants. This is where I fall short as a gardener in my designs in that I think I am too literal when it comes to mixing plants that have different growing recommendations, I get that gardening is all about trail and error and your garden is not the same as everyone else's in terms of soil, temp, sun, shade, etc... but I would love to pick your brain on this subject as you walk around your gardens. Hope this makes sense. Thanks, Danielle!

Hello from Melbourne, I would absolutely not move the yellow daffodils as the cream ones have yellow centres and this is picked up by the yellow ones in the distance. The yellow ones also look good with the yellow leaves of the large shrub behind it. Love your spring garden as we slide into autumn and winter. The lingerie daffodil is beautiful, hope we can get it here in Australia. Truely don’t go moving something that looks perfectly planted!
