I called a hospital (emergency) and they kept asking me details(asked address and patient name) and then asked "does patient have sugar?, what is patient age?" Then told "we'll transfer the call to the hospital". I hated humanity at the time when hospital ambulance service told "we can't send ambulance till you provide us all the details" when I begged them to send ambulance soon. Hospital was only 4-5(or less) minutes far. Bleed out se maut hojati thi. By the grace of god, my mom was saved. My father brought ambulance from another hospital. Later when I gave the honest review about hospital ambulance service and hospital, they called me and asked why I gave that feedback and what was issue. I addressed them the issue, then told all that bs "we CARE for you blah blah blash" . What if it costs lives. How many lives have been lost yet because of their ignorance?....
in that situation you were probably freaking out. I understand that it is a tough situation to face, but you have to stay calm and answer those questions because they are important. ofc first priority is to manually somehow stop the bleeding.

How ever I feel the deal would have been much better if they could have accepted the first offer made by Amit sir, which was for 15 Lakh for 15% with 10 Lakh in debt for 0 Interest👌. They could have saved the 5% equity😕
They never closed the deal good that these guys still managed to grow , sharks has done this many times and because of them never closing the deal many business had to shutdown completely. Despite Amit Jain not getting on board he added GPS based platform enabling fast ambulance service for cardekho without any financial transaction they should have taken Amit on board he is most honest of them all if he takes the deal he closes it and provide support services n involvement.

Amit and peyush(sometimes anupam) are real sharks. all the other sharks make faces just by looking at the valuation of the company, whereas they understand the business and its fundamentals. they also invests with an open heart and with the intention to help the entrepreneur. the other so called 'sharks' negotiate without any appropriate reason. they are highly judgmental and whenever these 2 try to help or offer, the other 3 make a group offer for less equity just so they dont accept their offer. i have a humble request to people, that is look at the quality, not the quantity.
