Yummy Whoopie Pies Recipe!

Whoopie Pies are very chocolatey biscuits with delicious creamy filling. Whoopie Pies are great as a holiday treat.
Ingredients
milk - 200 ml
eggs - 2
flour - 300 g
sugar - 100 g (for extra sweetness add 50 g more)
baking powder - 2 tsp
cocoa powder - 60 g
salt - 1/4 tsp
bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 170C
You will get 24 halves. This recipe is easily doubled.
cream:
heavy cream - 250 ml
powder sugar - 3 tbsp
gelatin - 3 g
zest of one orange
