It's a nasty day and my plans are ruined - do I like your roses? Heck YES! It made me smile and looks absolutely HAPPY instead of the dreary and stormy outside. I'm tucking in with my pooch and a cup of ginger tea and enjoying your laughter. Great day for me and beautiful work for you. WOW
OMG! You are a hoot!!!!! I love your sense of humor! And I love your talent! I so love the 'baby breaths' between the roses and the lovely star burst you created at the bottom!!!!! And those roses!!!!!! Holy cow! And, you made me smile many times during the video, and that, my dear is priceless!
The "little bubbly things" gave the impression of Baby's Breath flowers. At least for me! You are hysterical..."trimming the bushes" but reducing some of those "bubbles" and getting those "rays", added to the impression of a bouquet. Absolutely beautiful!
Distressing the edges with some vintage pinkey something or other color in the range you used would also look FAB. That baby is still there!!!! . I LOVE THIS !!
I absolutely love your commentary when you do a video and I love the way you teach thank you so much for making my day, hearing your enjoyment of what you are doing
Not only instructional, not only tips, tricks, techniques and money-saving advices - this video gives me so much joy. I like the fun you're having while doing it !!!! You laugh is so infectious :)
LOL - I am so stealing the phase "I thought I was all that and a few bags of chips." I'm binge watching your videos and falling in love with each one. Thank you for posting.
I loved how it turned out and I especially like the processes that it took for you to get there. The fact that you had to go through so many tries lets me realize that I have hope and shouldn’t give up on things that I am working on just because I’m unhappy with it in the moment.
Whenever I am having a bad art day I just tune into any of your tutorials and immediately life feels better. Thank you for your light heat, your infectious laugh and voice and your amazing style of teaching.. Love you Girl Please never give up doing tutorials !! Hugs
Oh my gosh... thank YOU Catherine!! That is so awesome to hear and it was incredibly kind of you to say. Thank you for taking time to add so much to MY day! 😘😘💕💕💝
@@MyriamsNature I am, the sort of person that needs everything in place as I will be most upset when the fever is apon me and I can not finish because I have run out of Paracetamol. lol
Hello my dear friend, sorry that Asthma is challenging again. Hope you feel better soon. The Conair looks amazing I might have to add it to my list. These colours are just to die for, so delightful, elegant and striking all at the same time. I like you playing and challenging yourself and I love how brave you are to deconstruct and reconstruct you image. You are all that and a few bags of chip, always remember that. When you said missing your worm I laughed out loud. I think the bubbly things did help the roses stand out and when you call anything abstract you can stick anything anywhere lol. You go girlfriend. I am glad you really really like this, as I sure do. Thank you for sharing, get better and keep sharing your amazing creations.
Wow! Your art is beautiful, your candor is warm and engaging and you are SUCH an excellent teacher. I love how you share your challenges that turn into your growths. I feel really discouraged by painting in my life right now but you make me feel inspired and creative. Love your work
I am completely head over heels in love with your soft pink roses, every other color you selected, and the beautiful bubbles finished off with the soft whispy designs at the end. I am now in love with alcohol inks and learned quite a bit from your beautiful and delightful tutorial. I am a new subscriber, and posted this to my Facebook. Thank you so much. I hope you become well and enjoy our beautiful Autumn.
I loved it with when you added all of the dots, but then when you added the wispy streaks, I loved it them too! No right nor wrong....it's a matter of taste, and these are are both delectable!
I have something for you to try when you're feeling better. It only costs $1.00 and you get a ton. I've used it, and it may not be as good as other surfaces, but I do like the results. Go to the Dollar Tree where the crayons are located, and pick up a pack of Fingerpaint Paper. I'm not kidding. You get a pack of 20 sheets (I think they are 20 inches by 11? Can't remember the exact dimensions & I'm too lazy to go look, but they are quite large.) They have a shiny surface. Try using alcohol inks on them. The paper is somewhat thinner, but I mount mine on greeting cards, so I don't mind thin paper. It may not be something you want to use all the time, but there might be times when you want something like this. I love how your flowers came alive in this video. I am thrilled to see the hot air curling iron, and I will most likely have to get one! Get better!
I love the final version, although I really enjoyed your process! It's so obvious you are having fun, and that's catchy. I especially like how you softened the bottom to highlight the roses. I'll have to watch again to see what I missed.🌷🌷
That pink eraser tip is pretty cool. I think you were right to get rid of some of the bubblebush (LOL) and lighten up the area with the rays. A great reminder that persistence pays off! Hope you feel better soon.
i adore watching and listening to you create your works of art. I think that the right rose has a few drops of dew on the petal! Thanks Myrriam, I really enjoyed that video.
You never disappoint. Always a joy to watch it come together. Still concerned over your breathing. However, I have my own issues now. I might not ever get home.
I absolutely love your videos. This one is amazing. I have been playing with alcohol inks for about 7 months. out of all the videos I watch I love yours the best.
I saw a baby in th womb in the one on the left...... you can see other images as you add to the area. Can you doodle on this once it's dry? CLEAN out your garage, I'm moving in !!! YOU are better than peanut butter and jelly. I LOVE WATCHING YOU , sooo much fun. GOD BLESS YOU MYRIAM. May 2020 be the beginning of great things for you.
Hi Myriam Sorry to hear that you are not feeling well, I hope you get feeling better soon. By the sound of your laughter, it shouldn't be much longer. Your roses are beautiful, no matter what you do it always ends up beautifully. Mine would end up looking like those ink card that psychiatrist used, LOL.
Hi Myriam, love watching you and listening to your chitter-chatter - think you are so fun to watch❤️ Wanted to mention regarding your new curling brush blower, I have found these in Canada at second hand stores (ie. Salvation Army) for $2.00. Had my son cut the heating coil with a sharp tool inside so it would not have the heat. As well - I went to the dollar store and found those trays that you put your inks in, thank you for that tip. At the dollar store I found extra large puppy pads (big pack for $4.00) they work amazingly well on your desk under your work, ink can run off and dries really fast so one pad can be used over and over.
Oh my gosh, you crack me up so bad I can hardly follow the process! I have known since I started watching your videos that you remind me of someone and I am still struggling to figure out who it is! I think it is a relative but not sure. Anyway, I just love watching and listening to you create. This is beautiful. I totally got the flower/leaf immediately and wasn't sure where the bubbles were going. I was listening to you with a friend in the room and he asked what you were doing and I told him you were making alcohol ink art and he, not knowing what alcohol inks were, said he thought you were drinking too much of the alcohol, LOL! Turned out beautiful. Deborah
Oh my gosh ... too funny! I wish I could have used that as an excuse, but oh no... I was sober and still that kookie 😂🤣! Thank you for the kind (and fun) comment Deborah! 😊😘💕
This was the first video of yours I have watched and I have to say I really enjoyed it and will be watching more and learning more about alcohol inks. Thank You for sharing your talent.
As a beginner, I love your humor and easy way of teaching. You're the best!

I love your laugh. These different layers, and fixing your mistakes and all your tips are so very helpful and inspiring.
The "little bubbly things" gave the impression of Baby's Breath flowers. At least for me! You are hysterical..."trimming the bushes" but reducing some of those "bubbles" and getting those "rays", added to the impression of a bouquet. Absolutely beautiful!
I love your humor & saying your thoughts out loud as you do your creative process. The finished piece - WOW, beautiful!!!
Distressing the edges with some vintage pinkey something or other color in the range you used would also look FAB. That baby is still there!!!! . I LOVE THIS !!

Exactly! Part of the fun of alcohol inks is that they are endlessly re-wettable so keep going right? 😁😘💖
