Great review! You're right about how the size of this watch works for most people. I have the pcs coated SNKE 03, and like it. I enjoyed the fact that you wore it in different conditions, & while doing various activities. A very sensible, and unpretentious assessment of this watch.
Bro your reviews are so effin good between your descriptions, voice inflections, and non biased based on your own bias are all just amazeballs. Keep it up don't change a thing. You should try doing voice overs. Maybe Forrest Gump impressions.... thats Kevin.
Awesome review man. I'm researching my first watch purchase and this one looks amazing, but I wasn't aware of the integrated bracelet until this video. Is there no way to swap out the bracelet for a different strap? I was originally looking at the SNKL23J1 but then when I saw the SNKE01K1, I really like the bezel part on the outside - I thought it made it look like the halfway point between the SNKL23J1's refined look and a more sporty dive watch bezel, but at a better price and it still keeps a more refined/clean look the the inside of the dial with the numbers. I was just hoping for something with the versatility to change out the strap for my first watch. And at the end of the day, I live in Canada, so buying from Joma online it will probably come to around $200 USD after shipping and duty costs and all that. So I want a watch that I can do a few different things with for such a price. I'm also considering the SRPK29K1 as I understand it has interchangeable strap. But is obviously more expensive, but does have the more traditional dive style bezel.
Nice review, been on a blue dial kick lately and considering that watch with the blue dial. The bezel definitely caught my eye but I'm learning that shopping for blue dials online is hard is a gamble. Cool aftermarket caseback!
You know what, I do deserve it.....somehow, I don't think my wife is going to feel the same. No seriously, great review. Enjoyed the footage and scenic shots. That was the most "proportionate," 36mm piece, I have ever seen. I truly think that it was because of the integrated bracelet system. I absolutely love integrated bracelets, but I'm pretty much strictly a bracelet kind of guy. You on the other hand, are a bit of a strap monster. You value versatility, I should say. The integration removes that option for you. It did fit you very well. I really feel like the closed caseback made a sizeable improvement. Much cleaner vibe IMHO. Thanks for sharing it
😁, that bit was just me having some fun with Trap (another UA-camr). It really is a well designed 36'er. Considering my sweet spot is 41, that says a lot to how to well they put everything together. Always appreciate your feedback🤘
I think so. Of course everyone's budget it different, but personally I think anything around $150 for an automatic Seiko is a good deal no matter what.
@@degenerateWA ok thank you! I was thinking of maybe changing the strap for a leather strap. This might be difficult due to the integrated bracelett. Do you have any thoughts on this? Maybe I could buy a normal 20mm strap and cut some notches on the sides?
36mm is pretty small. This is one of those few exceptions because the dimensions play so well with each other. I know if this one works on my wrist then it'll work on yours. 41-43mm diameter w/ any lug2lug less than 50mm is my goldilocks size
Had the opportunity to get one brand new for 100$, but hesitated to pull the trigger ... feel really sorry right now... Thank you for the review! Always enjoyed watching your watch endeavors!
Hey man awesome review, just got the blue dial yesterday and it's so beautiful. I also bought the namoki case back but wondering do I also need any sort of movement spacer (I saw it on the namoki website)?
Interesting. I tried researching "yellow sunday on Seiko" and nothing of interest came up. I'm not sure if it's a fake, but the best way to find out is to verify all the markings/numbers on the caseback, dial, and movement all match up to a genuine Seiko. I would also make sure the store you purchased it from is a reputable dealer.
Bad Reviews! - This man will make you spend money! Got mine as spotless display model for 75 bucks. For some reason this design is the most comfortable Seiko 5 I ever worn - and thinking of course of getting slim solid case-back, grrr.
I wouldn't worry too much about non-hacking. Personally I think hacking is a feature that is prioritized too much on mechanical/autos. I prefer hacking, but if it's non-hacking it's not going to ruin the experience for me.

Means a lot, thank you🍻
Oops, I have the pvd coated model, the SNKE03. Keep up the good work, and Happy Holidays!
Thanks for the great review. I was on the fence about buying it so a big thanks for putting in the work for the review. 🇸🇪
You're very welcome, thanks for stopping by.
Really enjoy your casual review style, its really easy to watch and enjoy. This one isn't for me but still looks solid value for money.
I feel you. If we all liked the same watches this hobby would be quite boring. Always appreciate your insight/feedback🤘

Staaaaaahp it😁
What's going on in here🤔😳👀
Perfect review. You deserve all the best and all my respect.
Wow, awesome feedback. Thank you so much for the positive support, it really means a lot.

The last blue dial I purchased was the Seiko SRPE and it is beautiful. Blue is such a great color when done right.
Nice watch! Just looked it up. Good price and no integrated bracelet.
I love your reviews and your taste. Keep up the good work!
Always appreciate your positive feedback🤘

Great review. I found it for 160 dollars here in sweden. Would you say that it is worth it for that price?

@@manslevinsson9973 that could work as long as you have the right tools. It will look either very good or awful depending on that 😆
Fantastic review. I may be picking one of these up in the near future. 👍🏽
Its a great little watch. Lemme know if you do and how you like it🤘
Thanks for the review 👍
No problem 🍻
I still need to experience a 36mm and a 40mm for the experience. #BIGTIMEGANG #PrestigeSyndicate

There will always be good deals, especially from suckers like me lol. Always appreciate your feedback🤘
Awesome vid and review brother...great content and very informative 👊🏼💯😎
Appreciate it brotha, always great to see the #BIGTIMEGANG and #prestigesyndicate here🤘
This would serve as an everyday work watch for me.
That would be a great application for this watch.
Hey man awesome review, just got the blue dial yesterday and it's so beautiful. I also bought the namoki case back but wondering do I also need any sort of movement spacer (I saw it on the namoki website)?
I did not use any spacer at all. Just did a one-for-one swap with the casebacks at it went on just fine.
@@degenerateWA alright thanks!!!
You're not ordinary people, t#here's a star in our presence!

Great review .. I got this watch recently but I was wondering where can I find a jubilee bracelet for this watch or any different straps ?
Strapcode makes bracelets specifically made for the SARB033
Is it hard to adjust the bracelet? Can the average person do it, or do you recommend having a watch specialist do it?
It's not hard if you have experience and the right tools. Without those it will be frustrating but not impossible.
I hope Seiko will refresh this one as well the SNKL23
I would get one for sure🤘
Hello friend. This model in the pictures looks polished to me. Could you tell me the code for the matte/brushed version?
The ref no. is SNKE01, so as long as the one you're looking at is also a SNKE01 then it will be the same. Pictures are usually misleading.
Great content DK love the interaction in the video 🔥👊#prestigesyndicate #BIGTIMEGANG
Hell yeah brotha, always love the support🤘
The FB page is full with great time pieces. I'll be uploading my time pieces soon. 😉
Looking forward to it brotha🤘
Very good review. Well done.

I bought it but my Sunday sign is yellow colour instead of red color...I'm confius is it fake?
