Absolutly GREAT Guitar Parts! One of the BEST Songs for a big crowd.
God Bless America!
Gave myself this double album for Christmas, why? Because I deserve it. 😎
Damn! Sir Ray’s gritty lyrics with Dave’s gritty guitar riffs!😮
I identify with this song; it allows me to be different cause I’m not like everybody else. Great post! Ty
great song . Song of youth.
Love this. Shame it's not on Spotify.
UA-cam downloader?? ❤
Yea me too. It's a better version.
After all these many years....I'm still chasing this bands music....they were literally light years ahead of their rivals, and when you consider the talent of this time that's saying a great deal.
Great Kinks song!
Great live version
My Fave, especially live.
I hadn't heard this in ages. Awesome!!
Tony Soprano sent me.
Sacre Bleu! Where is mi mama?
I'm the boys uncle!
What’s French Canadian for I grew up without a mother?” DAMN
underrated song!
Revenge is like serving cold cuts
Harpo approves!
so großartig
brilliant damn sound restoration😁
RESPECT!!! --------------------- This particular live performance is for me one of the top 5 songs of my life (and I'm not exaggerating). Simple, dynamic rock composition with Davies' wonderful vocals. At the three points where the guitar comes to the frontline in such a different and exciting way (0.47, 2.34 and 4.38) it takes up your soul. A piece of pure Dionysian rock exhilaration, a true rock masterpiece. RESPECT!!!
👍👍👍😎
Harpo bring me here
I’m the boy’s uncle!!
He's got a right to ask
Einfach wunderschön. Nicht von dieser Welt. Live Version ist nochmals ganz etwas anderes..
Perfekte gitarrenarbeir und dann dieser Gesang. Himmlisch. Kinks sind ganz gross.

What’s French Canadian for “ I grew up without a mother”?
Wspaniale
I'd rather listen to Dave Davies play guitar than all of today's bluesrockers shredders and jazz wankers😊
I know, they should probably just call themselves the "Jazz Wankers."
Lead vocal is by Dave Davies
Dave sang the song on the original recorded version (1966), but this is Ray singing in 1996 - it's from a live album called "To the Bone".
saw ray live .........crowd went wild when he asked .......Are you an individual ?
I wish this was on Apple Music.
iM the kid,s uncle!!!!
Of course not
When bands had a whole lot of talent and where they had to perform live on TV to earn their salt. The 60's were tantamount to the center of the universe and the big bang band theory. A decade where nuclear war was adverted and the world was saved, man landed on the moon, the NY World's Fair predicted the future, the civil rights and Vietnam War, and the first coup d'etat (JFK assassination) in American history. What will someone say 50 years from now about the decade of 2020-2030?
Unfortunately we are experiencing the first war on European soil since World War II.
