Mad respect to the dedication for this video... It sounds like a pain, having to get the older versions to work, and then beat the game again... Thanks for showing us these cool details!
The Tornan Titan is beatiful, I loved exploring different areas of the same titan, unlike in the base game where you could explore few of them. It really feels like a miniature world. The music is awesome as well.
Torna, Genbu and Uraya really take advantage of how the Titan's shape influences the local climate and topography. More like the Bionis. Mor Ardain, Formatting, Indol and Temperantia are more similar throughout
I'm grateful for the work you do, i think it really adds a lot to these worlds being able to see the hidden details that they took the time to model. It also gives a much better idea of what these titans look like and a better understanding of how the traversable areas on them are arranged onto their bodies
So cool!!! I stood up until almost 3:00 AM on a school night to watch this, as well as the XC2 main game video!! I would love to see even more exploring with the freecam, and would of course love to get it myself at some point!! (But i can't know, since i don't have a computer at all.)
Where on Gormott do you think the White Chair was supposed to be located? It was said to have already been destroyed in the base game, but it was still the capital of Gormott during Torna Golden Country. There's a representative from the White Chair visiting the Ardainian ship, and it seemed he had to pass through the Hoary Weald to get there, which seems to imply the White Chair may be in a high location. Gormott's head, maybe?
The one enemy I never can understand in Torna is at the start of the game there is a far away flying Fish that is always stuck & never comes to land to kill. Did you ever find out if you can attract it or kill it to see if anything good comes out of it?
I've been meaning to ask, but is Torna fully rendered during the fight with Malos? And for the cutscene where Pyra is introduced, does Gormott get the same treatment?

The outcroppings at 8:30 are probably supposed to be ports for titan ships
That's honestly not a bad idea!
Perhaps so!!

Yes and "yes". Heck, even after the big purple laser, Torna is still there as if nothing happened ^^
Gormott is still in ashes lol
