careful, you’re gonna go bald if you keep pulling your hair for too long
you usually have to pull very close to the scalp and only tiny bits of hair at a time. It’s so soothing. I do it every night now lol.

Does someone know how to do this? My mom has migraines since she was a child and her aunt used to crack her hair which then usually made her headaches disappear. I sometimes do it on her head, but am only able to crack it like 1-3 times n that's it. Is there a special technique ? And how can I tell which spots will crack?

The follicles he's yanking are pulling a small amount of skin up and away from the skull causing faint pop. Either that or during the rolling motion hes just repeatedly cracking his own fingers.

@@AvengedR0k Would be my guess too. Scientifically I could only imagine, that pulling ur skin up from bone & muscle areas helps and stimulates blood flow, but I think it is very hard to believe that this would create such a sound when done. The ASMR effect is there doe so I don't mind the trickery.

Bhavesh If you don’t mind my asking, could you answer a few questions I had while watching? If it’s no trouble, that is. What is the purpose of hair cracking? Would it not damage the hair root? Possibly encourage balding? Why does it make such a sound? What actually creates the sound, is it the hair root breaking? Sorry for all the questions, and thank you!
Bel Sheahan you’re not damaging any hair root since you’re getting a hold of various hair to pull. And the “purpose” for hair pulling will loosen up that tight fascia and can bring instant relief to a tension headache. And for the popping it’s just the skin from your scalp stretching.
Dongsaeng Slytherin excellent point. I crack my own hair occasionally to help with headaches. I can usually only do it once or twice. It’s a great headache relief though. Same with ear cracking.
