i think the best way to describe the 2015/16 prem season (leicester winning) is like a sylvester stallone movie... one of those sporting dream moments... i truly feel like we will never see this again in sport
You have 4 professional divisions in English football sitting above the amateur leagues, div 2, div 1, the Championship and finally the Premier league and 2 main cup competitions. the league cup only available to the professional divisions and the FA cup open to any team through a serious of rounds. On top of this those that have qualified the previous season also play European teams in one of 3 competitions. I am a season ticket holder for Leicester and watched the promotion, survival season and then winning the Prem, the atmosphere during those games was amazing, never seen anything like it before or since.
Vardy, Kanté and mahrez was a big part of the reason they won the league that season. You should react to Jamie vardy 2015/16 all goals from that season
pretty much nailed it. skybet championship is the league below the premier league. this is the best edit as it starts right from the beginning with leicester
Not only is Leicester City winning the Prem at 5000/1 but Jamie Vardy who scored an insane amount of goals, he was averaging more than 1 goal per game for probably half a season, he came from the lower leagues, 2-3 leagues below the Prem at what would be considered an older age than normal. Went from earning prob 1-2k per week to prob 100k per week and winning the Prem title. There will never be another underdog story quite like this one for the rest of my lifetime. Also as a side note, my team Hull City were clear of relegation by quite a few points, Leicester's unbelievable run meant we ended up getting relegated and I honestly can't even be mad.

Long story short….Leicester were what you called a yo-yo team, relegation then promotion etc…never really a small team. But they missed out on promotion and then the next year won promotion back into the premier league. Their first season back up they just about stayed in the league, their 2nd year back in the premier league they won it!! Craziest story I know in sport! Fun fact that you missed….the main man kante was in that team too. Not long after Chelsea bought him.
The magic thing about all this is that most of these players were really nobodies before that season. Mahrez came from an unkown team, Kanté came as an average signing from an average french team, Vardy was already a bit old (29 years old) and was never a standout player, he played in no league teams while working in a factory until later in his career. Vardy, Kanté and Mahrez all became monsters after that season, showing they weren't one season wonders. All the others could be considered quite average players too... And to think Leicester managed to keep fighting against the giants in the next seasons too just shows how they managed to maximize everything they've got from their title campaign, becoming one of the best teams in England even nowadays.
I remember very clearly being in a bar in Malaga, Spain in January 2015, there was a Leicester game on the TV..... They were losing. The other team scored again. I said "ouch" under my breath, thinking "they're going down...." A voice behind me said "At least we're the best team .... In Leicester!" The English football league is a pyramid structure. EPL (English Premiere League) = the Top of the pyramid. Championship League One League Two The National League. There are another 5 tiers below those but they aren't really relevant, you basically get the idea from the above. All the leagues have a system of relegation where the 3 teams at the end of season with the lowest points total are sent down to the league below, they are then replaced with the top 3 teams from that below league (promotion) This ensures that games always matter because the money on the line is absolutely mental. Getting promoted to the premier league is worth over 170 million in revenue over the next 2 years. It hard to even fathom just how insane them winning the premier league title was, it just doesn't happen they had a team of players that had been rejects from other bigger teams, under performers and somehow found 3 players that were insanely underrated in Vardy (who played his way up from none professional all the way to the premier league over just a few years) N'Golo Kanté who they bought for just 5.6 million from the French league and Riyad Mahrez from the french 2nd division for just £450,000. Also, the sky bet championship is no little league..... While their story is something you both cant fully understand cause you dont have this piramid style in sports in the usa ,theres a better video on this,i think its around 20 or something minutes .also PREMIER LEAGUE (top level of football) > Championship (2nd level) > League One (3rd) >League2(4th) and theres lower ones but dont know their name.Their story is something i cand see in the USA in any team based sports. 5000/1 odds think about that, even for the most deluded fans of the teams fighting to avoid relegation like them the ideea of winning the Premier League (top english championship) is something unreal. The US winning the World Cup is less unrealistic(never gonna happen in the next decades ) than what they've done. This was something that if it happens while you are alive remember it cause you might not see another one ever again.

Chelsea's road to win champions league 2021 please
You need to watch the Chelsea v spurs game that handed Leicester the cup
Nice reactions keep it up but the championship is not the bottom league there are two leagues below the championship that are pro then there are many semi pro leagues below that but obviously the premier league is where you want to be but the championship is a tough and entertaining division
we need that pedri reaction

VARDY PARTY 2015
They skipped the best part tho. The Thai sex scandal that made them fire the coach
why the fuck does it keep blurring
Copyrights reasons.
This is not a good video it didn't really capture the essence of the roller coaster Leicester went through to win the League.
yeah it didn't show Tottenham vs chelsea the league deciding game
@@bonaventuretindin8494 It didn't show any data. Somebody that doesn't know the sport would think that 1 year they were down. And the next just non stop Mahrez and Vardy domination. Not even a clip of Kante who made this video.
Ama need you guys to get the names right now. Man been too long you watching the sport for you to be messing up names still.
There's better videos about this story. Try doing lives where you watch full feature length films on great football events. There some football stories that just can't fit in a 30 min video.
If that monologue wasn't by someone involved with Leicester it was the cringiest shit to put in a montage.
I was gonna sugest this video to you after watching Mahrez reaction..forgot to! Watch this clip for a sec though 😂😂 ua-cam.com/video/f1yWSePMqsk/v-deo.html
Drink water to marez varrrrrrrdddddddyyyyyy gooooaaaaaalllllll
There was a better video bros
This has to be the worst video . You didn't get any in-depth understanding of their achievement.
Great story, great reaction as usual, but, awful video, there's better that tell the story
It is a lower league
