Love it! I owned 7 units nearly 1,000 miles from where I live before your book came out. When I saw you had this book coming out I knew I had to read it. Now I own 17 units long-distance at 31 years old! I've only been inside of one of the units one time because it was being renovated when I was in town visiting family. I buy them sight unseen using the internet, inspections, and lean on local real estate professionals. The best part is that my managers deal with all of the tenant relationships and day-to-day operations. AND I can do all of this while working a full-time job! I love this way of investing!
