I like the older Boise bungalows. They may not have the R factor for insulation but the added character and usually bigger lot sizes outweigh the newer thrown together cookie cutter subdivisions
Totally get that. There is a reason the northend of Boise has one of the highest home prices. Those cool bungalow homes have a ton of character, that you cant really find in new construction homes. Do you live in the Boise area?
@BoiseRealEstateInsights Yes Central Bench area in a great 1932 bungalow, original hardwood, coved ceilings, built ins and a huge 1/4 acre lot that is zoned for divisions for these new pocket homes....Paid 159k in 2015 and have turned down 600k offers from developers
1:27. Did you really say I80😅. It's I84. You also just described 90% of the homes in the Treasure valley. All you excluded was the new HOA controlled garbage being thrown up by corporate builders. Now we're at 100%. This is more comical than informative.
