Very nice,but I would prefer (like you did mention though)cheese in the bake to make it more interesting!!!Very difficult for me to eat vegetables by themselves👍
If you add thinly sliced garlic along with the oil - before heating it, and let the oil heat up in very low flame the flavor will be enhanced. This is the technique used for making Aglio e Olio Pasta.

I tried this today for breakfast with bread and it turned out very yummy, loved the creamy cheesy mushrooms 🥰 ❤️❤️ Looking forward for more veg recipes 💖

Did you make your sauce thicker?
@@MahimasCookingClass yeah.. the sauce has thicker consistency. For some reason, the bake came out mushy but it tasted good. Thanks for your reply
Next time microwave mushrooms first . Water will ooze out and then drain it .
