AFRICAN TIGRESS, YOUR KENYAN SISTER
Trinidad the industrial powerhouse of the Caribbean greetings from Bim. Trinidad is nice and the Trini people are so nice to us Bajans. One love from Barbados AT and all the people of T&T.
Much love neighbor 👊🏾
I'll be in Barbados for cropover soon. Love my Bajan ppl
My sister, Africa Tigress you are visiting the pitch Lake 🙏🏽❤️☮️🇹🇹🇺🇸
I love 🇧🇧 and the beautiful people.
We love our Bajans and Bim is my only second home !! 🇧🇧 🇹🇹 ❤
Trinidad is so developed
Trinidad 🇹🇹 is a very nice place I live in Trinidad for over 15 years I just leave Trinidad and migrate to America just 8 months ago I love Trinidad going back soon to visit my friends 😊
Lynn - Philip has given you bad info:- Trinidad & Tobago lies outside the hurricane belt. We don't get hurricanes, sometimes we do get strong winds, but not hurricane force winds.
We are in the hurricane belt, tho. It's just that storms don't usually hit this far south. Things are changing tho, with global warming, you never know what could happen!
@@helenabdulah7263 What could happen and what happens are two different things. Mingoao is correct.
The country does get hurricanes, and has been affected by Hurricanes before. It is fewer compared to other islands. Hurricane Flora in 1963 and Hurricane Alma 1974 made landfall in Trinidad....ask your Grandparents
because we do not get hit by hurricanes trini say God is a trini. todago is more affected by hurricanes than Trinidad
Thanks for showcasing my beautiful country. You are indeed special to us. Blessings and enjoy your trip🎉❤
So African Tigress you are back in Trinidad, I know you had to go back there and I hope you see your girl Colleen I always remember her and what an amazing and kind hostess she was to you. Also thanks for the awesome video and educational Haitian videos letting the world see Haiti is more than what the Media show case to the world , it is very beautiful with lots of greenery, lovely kind people and awesome water falls I love all of your Haitian content up the good work you are doing and take care, be safe my dear.❤❤❤❤

The water in those pitchlake pools are so cool. There are entire villages buried below the pitch lake which keeps growing. .
Haiti love you so much Beautiful African queen black diamond
No wonder Jamaicans call Trinidad “ little foreign” it’s very developed
Come on bro. please don't do that lol.
But it is true, it is not a lie @@BlackHeartMan_NoSoul
I was told by a Jamaican living here in Trinidad, that Jamaica is much more developed than Trinidad-Don"t know.🤷 They have two airports after all. 😊. I love my country and my people, Trinidad and Tobago ❤
@@natashavictor874 even if it is true, let's not give them room to start yet another argument. I really wish we could ignore them completely to be honest. Let them enjoy their country and let us enjoy ours.
@@cherylannsammy2769 Jamaicans are very good at selling their country. They have civic pride, they will sell you dreams about their country despite the reality.
Great to have you back in Trinidad. Stay blessed ❤
My country enjoy and be safe blessings

Do you know the brazil carnival?
it is the mother of all carnival.
You need to go brazil and visit their carnival.
Brazil ís not the mother of carnival Trinidad Africa is the mother and Trinidad not Brazil..
Big up South 🇹🇹
Lovely video as usual
Phenomenal African Tigress🎉🎉🎉❤😊
A T you have not experience St Lucia Carnival. It's similar to Trinidad carnival. Many Trini come to St Lucia to participate in St Lucia Carnival. There are also the other island such as Dominica, Jamaica, Martinique, Guadalupe etc partake in St Lucia 🇱🇨 Carnival.
Most of the costumes for St Lucia Carnival are important from Trinidad.
There is also kiddies carnival etc
Don't worry she'll be in the Caribbean for the next 15 years she loves beaches. She'll get there for sure. After watching AT Nation videos we'll appreciate our spaces a lot more that's why I've been asking her to visit.
I have inlaws, family, and friends who were born in St. Lucia and I plan to visit your beautiful country one day. Blessings to you and St. Lucia.
Do you mean Imported from Trinidad?
I think your driver has never seen a hurricane. Trinidad has high winds not hurricanes. I’m a Trini and never experienced a hurricane there my first experience of a hurricane was in the U.K. in 1987.
I was about to say that. We don't get hurricanes here since we're situated under the hurricane belt, what we get is the effects of the hurricane
Someone should tell her that
Trinidad has been affected by Hurricanes before. It is few compared to other islands. Hurricane Flora in 1963 and Hurricane Alma 1974 mad landfall in Trinidad....ask your Grandparents
That was also my first experience with a real storm ! I was at boarding school in Surrey and the roof tiles were blowing off as if a freight train was passing on the roof at full speed!! Next morning when we went out to survey the damage the slate roof tiles were embedded in trees the ground and vehicles etc and no roads were visible, only fallen trees mud and other debris ..
It was a hell of an experience that I would never forget and how ironic experiencing this in the UK being from the Caribbean ! 😎
But the driver was talking about rains and she was talking about hurricanes and there was a lil gap in the communications .
We experienced tropical storms not full hurricanes but Tobago was in fact hit by Hurricane Flora
Watching from Trinidad & Tobago
You going to the pitch lake, the water at pitch lake has healing properties.
Waiting ❤❤
You must visit the industrial port at Point Lisas in Couva. It's a sight to behold.
BE SAFE ON THE ROAD 🛣️ TIGRESS
You should visit Paramin for the Trinidad-French-Creole once u return to Port of Spain.
Beautiful
Hi Tigress, I can back up your Montserratian friend's love for Trini soca as I'm also from Montserrat... you'll hear Trini soca on our radio stations 365 days of the year, unlike Trinidad where it's only played around carnival time on most of the stations here.
Are you in Montserrat?
The reason why the roads in La Brea always have to be fixed.
❤❤❤
AT, hurricane season in the Caribbean/Atlantic region starts EVERY year on June 1st and ends on November 30th.
The islands in the Caribbean you like are suspectable to them. T&T lies on the outer perimeter so they might get heavy rains and lots of winds rather than a direct hit from a hurricane. However, heavy winds and hurricanes will hamper your flight plans.
Hopefully you'll be keeping track of what's happening in the Atlantic Ocean as that's where the hurricanes start approaching the islands from.
Fun fact, hurricanes come all the way as storms, from the African continent. Btw, when a storm becomes a hurricane, they are named. This year there are 25 named storms predicted for the Atlantic region. Please pay attention to the weather reports. Also, check up on hurricane preparedness as it'll become very important for your travels in the region.
Please be safe. Great content.❤
Per Google (see below)… But before google existed I heard from family members that Trinidad doesn’t really get hurricanes.
“The dual island chain of Trinidad and Tobago has also had fortuitous luck in dodging hurricanes. Again, only eight have passed near the islands and the only recorded hurricane landfall was from an unnamed storm in 1933.”
Wow what a nice video my dream to come to visit and live Caribbean lifestyle too
The people there seem very kind big up African Tigres
wow very beautiful ,thanks for sharing.AFRICAN TIGRESS❤❤❤❤❤❤
Is it just me….🤔 ama the accent is changing 🫣😂😂? That was a beautiful road trip ❤ how I wish I could be there.. 😊
You are probably going to the Pitch lake down south. That’s not far from my home.
Africa Tigress you are in my home town in, when I 'm in Trinidad I live 20frpm the cricket stadium, hope on one of your trips to Trinidad as you call it your home I can host you especially to see other carnival festivals like that Calypso festival that is where all the Calypsonians compete for big financial prizes .
South has lots of activities, different times,of the year.
Enjoy your special day at the pitch Lake 🙏🏽❤️☮️🇹🇹🇺🇸👍
20 minutes from the stadium
I am glad that you are visiting the pitch lake, which is the biggest of it's kind in the world,I remember my first and only visit there on a school trip, about the age of eleven, it was scary but much fun, Thanks for sharing my Country! be safe, and much blessing.
In Trinidad Calypso was sang exclusively in créole, but in english now...
Up until the 1930s, at least 30% of Trinidadians spoke in a French dialect.
Big up urself
Trinidad don't get hurricanes normally the feeder bands are what affects us.
We have Maubi in Haiti: it's a taiino/ carribe drink...
Tree bark like in Trinidad?

AT right now the world cup cricket tournament is now playing in St Lucia 🇱🇨, whereby West lndies is battling with Afghanistan . Last night West lndies won the match played at Daren Cricket ground in St Lucia. Their next game will be played in Jamaica etc. Cricket is in all the Caribbean people DNA. I thought you said you were in a another country you've never been to🤔
She said she was in a unique place, fitting description for the pitch lake!
No she did NOT!! She left Jamaica and went Straight to Trinidad!!. And she stayed there for a few days, Left and went to Antigua. No Problem, Its all good. I know that JAMAICA is NOT one of her Favorite Places, some Jamaican Men in the Streets can really turn some Visitors off. And as a Jamaican i truly understand but they don't really mean any harm, they are usually just Joking. They are full of Humor Jamaican people! And some people can take it the wrong way. Jamaica is also very Expensive and Lots of UA-camrs can't afford the Hotels and even the Hostels. So some come and leave quickly. I do hope AT can Return one day and have a beautiful kind Jamaican Host her. I believe that can truly happen. @@marjoriemartin8834
Any info on Travi (ride share)? I thought the link would be in your bio. Maybe I am not clicking in the correct area?
It is Travee
Trini will not pay for toll roads. They would protest and burn the roads with tires causing damage and pot holes. That’s the way they are
There is too much oil and an entire pitch lake in Trinidad which pays for those roads. So protests and tire burning don't happen for that reason.
Facts. You know them to well. They spoil! We have held progress back. Too much politics. Gets in the way. Of development!
@@whz366 . Why use up our resources. When Tolls. Could pay for its maintenance??
@@brownsugar2271 That depletion of resources is not going to happen on tiny but blessed Trinidad and Tobago, even after additional pitch/asphalt, oil and petrochemicals are exported. Tolls not needed. Blessed T&T.

If this is the case I agree. Where did you get your stat?
@@vithaphilema6613you are indeed talking nonsense and trying to create division. I didn't know there was competition between Caribbean Islands. Some of you grown people are acting very childish..
This guy lying we don't get bad hurricanes in Trinidad only Strong winds at times .....
He just mixing up RAIN with hurricane..she asking bout hurricane and he answering bout high wind, heavy rain and flooding.
More a communications blunder than anything .
Trinidad is not in hurricane path so it does not get hit by them
This video makes me miss home, 😢 watching from UK. I'm from South Trinidad, its a different experience Lyn, enjoy
But wait your driver was a bit quiet, but I see your personality bring him out of his shell…lol 😀Glad to see that you’re going to see the Pitch Lake…T&T does not experience hurricane because of our location but we will feel the remnants of it….Lol
