I've always wanted to try eating snake dishes as well! From what I've heard, the soup is more on the refreshing side and perhaps not as seasoned as Solar-nim normally prefers, but she ate it so well. I'd probably end up preferring the lotus leaf rice too because it is always so fragrant and flavorful!
