    ============
    Acts 1:1-3 (NASB)
1The first account I composed, Theophilus, about all that Jesus began to do and teach, 2 until the day when He was taken up to heaven, after He had by the Holy Spirit given orders to the apostles whom He had chosen. 3 To these He also presented Himself alive after His suffering, by many convincing proofs, appearing to them over a period of forty days and speaking of the things concerning the Kingdom of God.
*Jesus spent His last 40 days w Disciples talking about one thing.
    1. A King-dom is all about The King & His Dominion.
A ‘dominion’ is a territory of a sovereign or government.
The Kingdom of God is not just the Church. It is much bigger than the Church.
    1 Chronicles 29:10-12 (NKJV)
10 Therefore David blessed the Lord before all the assembly; and David said: “Blessed are You, Lord God of Israel, our Father, forever and ever.
    11 Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, The power and the glory, The victory and the majesty; For all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours;
Yours is the kingdom, O Lord, And You are exalted as head over all.
12 Both riches and honor come from You, And You reign over all.
*God’s realm of authority is not solely the church. Nor is it limited to the Earth, or this particular solar system, or the Milky Way Galaxy. That’s too small.
*His Kingship tells us that He is the ultimate authority over all things, everywhere.
*His Dominion, His realm of authority, extends to the far reaches of the universe. He is King over everything in existence.
    2. Most Christians are taught to walk in Religious Churchianity, not Kingdom Christianity
*Preachers get a new attendee, and teach them to come to church regularly, give finances, try not to sin, read Bible & Pray, and invite friends. That’s just Christianity 101, Kindergarten. This is why so many people get bored with church as usual.
    3. We are called to bring the Kingdom wherever we go!
    Matthew 16:19 (KJV)
And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
*Can you see how asleep we all are?
*You were created by God for a purpose. You were saved for a purpose. Going to Heaven when you die is not the only reason you were saved.
*There is a reason people have a yearning in their hearts to help humanity. Even unsaved people volunteer and give to worthwhile causes.
    4. Kingdom Mentality starts with God’s Authority in our lives
*Let’s take the simple matter of going to Church. When a person understands Kingdom Authority, he does not need to be nagged to go to church. He knows what the Bible says about the matter. He knows two things…
*He knows that JESUS went to church consistently
Luke 4:16 (EXB) Jesus traveled to Nazareth, where he had grown up. On the Sabbath day he went to the synagogue, as he always did, and stood up to read.
*He also knows that Jesus commands us to do the same
Hebrews 10:25 (NKJV) not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
*A CHURCHY PERSON says to himself: “I can stay home if I wish. Jesus is my SAVIOR, so I am saved, either way. No big deal.”
*A KINGDOM PERSON says to himself: “JESUS went to Church, and He commands ME to go. I have no choice! Jesus is my LORD. I must OBEY Him!”
    5. We are the Antidote to all the ills of the World
Luke 17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
*We live in a diseased, sick, dying world. People are dying spiritually. And WE have the antidote for all that ails them! But we act like we don’t know it, or don’t want to share it!
    6. Kingdom People bring the Authority of Christ into play wherever darkness has a stronghold, and evicts the darkness, bringing God’s light.
*Wherever we come, Satan has to go.
*We don’t fear the works of the enemy, but we don’t play around or become arrogant.
*We must learn how to take our stand and expel the devil and his minions.
    Acts 10:38 (AMP)
How God anointed and consecrated Jesus of Nazareth with the [Holy] Spirit and with strength and ability and power; how He went about doing good and, in particular, curing all who were harassed and oppressed by [the power of] the devil, for God was with Him.
    1 John 4:4 (AMP)
4 Little children (believers, dear ones), you are of God and you belong to Him and have [already] overcome them [the agents of the antichrist]; because He who is in you is greater than he (Satan) who is in the world [of sinful mankind].
