How do you fix a jog wheel lag on the Hercules 300 inpluse. Some days it’s okay and someday it lags up to 5 second when I beat match bet two tunes

Hola hercules, estoy aqui para plantear mi problema con mi controladora hercules impulse 200, es que mi pc no la reconoce, dice dispocitivo desconocido, ya la proble con otros ordenadores y me arroja el mismo mensaje, ya no se que hacer de tanto investigar y mandar mensaje al soporte, porfavor necesito ayuda apenas tengo 3 meses con la controladora, y solo 1 mes la eh usado, espero pronta respuesta

Hi VSEVEN, There is no specific box. However, any case that supports, for example, the party mix, will be compatible with our pretty Inpulse 200.;)

Its not even a year and my Hercules impulse 200 is broken... Haven't done anything... Now the low filter of deck A triggers the high filter of deck B also... Hercules if you're watching this please help

Hello! You can use it with Traktor Pro. Our mapping is on support.hercules.com/
You can also use it on iOS by mapping the controller yourself on DJPlayer, or by importing the DJayPro mapping from our support site.
However, for iOS, you’ll need a powered camera kit connector to be able to use the Inpulse controller on an iPhone/iPad.
