Hi! I've done it with megaman, well, sort of. If you do his side b and some one reflects it into him, he gets a second up-b, sort of what you did with link's bomb. First, you get megaman with his reflected side-b onto him, then you jump off, doing the same as you did, once your in your up-b (if you got the timing right.) the bomb will explode giving you a second chance to up-b into the ledge.
