The moment I saw your first video I fell in love with you. Your relaxing way of speaking, your sweet little cutie always by your side, and beautiful France. You inspired me to involve my daughter into the planting seeds this year. I have never ever had a garden, and I think it will be great to take my kiddo with me to show her how you plant a green life =) I used to live in Russia, and there we had plenty of mimosa to buy from the stores as a flower. Here in Sweden where I live now, I never see it. Sadly the climate here is not good for it but I think I might still try it inside! I miss mimosa sooo much =)

We are arriving in Nice on the 11th and staying until the 22nd, to have a little vacation and oversee the continued renovation of our house in Saint-Paul-de-Vence. I live in Northern California and we have the same trees, but we call them Acacia. They bloom in late January - early February. I love them too!! They are the first blossoming tree of the season. Thank you for your delightful videos!! A bien tot!

In Australia we call the tree Wattle. It can give you hayfever, but is very pretty. It grows everywhere here. I like the name Mimosa better than Wattle. 😍
I love enjoying glimpses of your beautiful life. The festival is very pretty. I now have a craving for lemon tart with meringue 🥰
Your recipe with spinach, cheese, and noodles….I have made a similar recipe with shell noodles for several years now. Not too often…very time consuming to make. I usually make it when we are having a lot of company staying over for a weekend. Covering it with sauce and sprinkling with grated cheese before it goes in the oven. Always a big hit with our guests. 👍🥰
Love walking down the alleys with you. However, as a non-French speaker, I would sometimes like an English subtitle or translation just to catch a glimpse of your everyday conversations, even though I enjoy listening to the language. Such wonderful nature and I love the simplicity of it all.
