Hey, I feel you. I suffered with postpartum hair loss and some of the things that really helped me was: not tying my hair back and if I did I used the invisibobbles. Regularly used a hair mask and a leave in conditioner - I found the aussie range worked the best for me. I tried to avoid over styling my hair too. But overall hang in there mama, it does get better and 10 months on my hair is much better. 🥰
Hey!! I did that once with A chocolate nut with shell on from M&S! Took a half my tooth out practically at the root! So painful! 2 years of treatment, ended up in a full sinus lift and an implant and £11k! Fortunately they admitted liability and paid the dental costs! Bit put off now of chocolate covered Nuts I won’t lie 😂😂 Great vlog as always. River is just too cute by the way ❤❤

Thanks so much for this video 😍 literally hit like within 2 seconds of watching 😀
I put pizzas straight on the bars so that air can get to the base, I like to think that helps with crispiness!

Trick to getting a crispy pizza base - put your tray in the oven first whilst heating up so the pizza goes on a hot tray.
I do that, it doesn't help in my oven haha!
Will definitely try the egg tart and chocolate when I go next Friday roll on Christmas 🎄 at marks and Spencer
The other M&S thing you forgot was dark chocolate sour cherries 🍒 ☺️

Use a proper Pizza pan and don’t pull your hair so tight off your face if it’s falling out ,way too much tension on your hair
Hate mark and Spencer pizzas there not great and don't cook well in oven
