I really loved the way Catherine's actress portrayed this scene. You can tell how wounded Catherine feels, and how it drives her to shoot them. Everyone in this show was so talented 👏

I feel like this is on point for the actress who plays Rita she is absolutely amazing in Once Upon a Time.
Catherine and Alma is what happens when deeply insecure people naively dedicate themselves to people who treat them badly, hoping that one day they’ll get a reward for being such self sacrificing martyrs. People pleasing tendencies always backfire and the building resentment could be prevented by living their own lives and developing a healthy sense of self

What ru talking abt, Catherine dedicated herself to Rita because she was gonna take half of her fathers money away from her… it wasn’t because she was insecure. Also Alma didn’t target Rita because of her being insecure, Alma had a deep desire to get revenge, she wanted get revenge after being humiliated by her. It had nothing to do with insecurities… your observant skills are really concerning. This is by far the dumbest analyzations I’ve ever seen
@@alistlesshowlfromtheetherThat's not okay either but ppl pleasing is very unhealthy bc you're neglecting your own feelings to make someone else happy. It's destructive bc it's the opposite of self love and ppl who do that look for acceptance from others but you need that from yourself first. It's a cliché but you have to love and accept yourself first. On the other hand ppl being assholes and using others is equally terrible and the ones who do it are disgusting bc they know the ppl pleaser will always give them what they want knowing they have no intention of giving anything back. So I think it's fair to say both are very unhealthy even though one is more brutal than the other.

@@dontworrybehappy877 It's too much expression to say it "crazy".. crazy in my dictionary it's a mental illness, can be like psycopath, kill for fun. Catherine has reasons, plus I think education in that time it's not a think. They're more concern about money, sex and revenge.
But my point of view about Chaterine is, she's evil but also lose of hope. Let Rita starffing to death? And then tried to kill her. Her papa himself let Rita to be there, and then suffer her. Chaterine should understand a little bit, but not, she loses hope and become evil
@@aritrianditya7700 As someone with BPD, I used the word "crazy" to respond to the initial comment (as I imagine the original user meant it colloquially), although it is not out of the question that Catherine has some sort of mental illness. We won't know for sure without more evidence or explicit intent from the writers.
Also, there are mental illnesses other than psychopathy...and that's sort of offensive to say that mental illness is killing someone for fun? Are you implying that someone with a mental illness cannot have reasons for their actions?

I wonder who will be the ones left standing at the end of the season. Catherine has now done something to anger both leads so I guess she's toast. And I hope they do another slow-mo murder scene like last season. I loved that scene, though I had to watch it twice to fully get what happened. I like this season though I very much enjoyed the different era's of season 1.

The name of the show is ‘why women kill’. In this particular season, women killed other people but committed suicide by ending in jail. In season 1, women got rid of their abusive husbands without actually firing a bullet.
