Thank you! Just purchased a used TEMX. It wasn't cutting properly. I got new knives. The old ones were covered with some sort of crud. I took out the old knives and didn't get back to it until a couple days later. Even though I took at picture of the knives before I took them out, I couldn't tell exactly how they went. This was an excellent video. Now I understand better how the knives work. Great Job!
