Then he started reading about Gucci mane and kodak being clones and he immediately thought this would make a super interesting song concept

They tell what they are doing because they have to, it's a method. It's called karmic retribution. If they tell you what they are doing then they don't suffer the consequences, because they told you the truth, it's not their fault you didnt believe them. So he thought he might want to have his dog Naz cloned. So he started researchong it. He found out that they make 9 clones and the one that is closest lookong to the original is given to the owner. They You deny euthanize the rest. Tom couldn't do it. While he was doing all this research he ran across the Coned Rappers conspiracy theory. Thats how he came to write the song.
