  • Super moist gluten free muffins. These Walnuts & Almond muffins are easy to make and are best for breakfast or teatime.
    Gluten Free Walnuts & Almond Muffins (6 muffins)
    120g Almond flour
    30g fine sugar
    1 egg
    30ml vegetable oil
    70ml milk
    ¼ teaspoon baking soda
    ¼ teaspoon salt
    100g Walnut and almond nuts (50g each) Toasted & chopped
    Baking Time: 22-24 minutes
    Baking Temperature: 175°C
    Preheat oven to 175°C.
    Note:
    When buying almond flour, always check the packaging label 'Gluten Free'.
