Honestly, mainly invest in their Position's stats. Strikers kicks, Midfielder dribble, Defender block, Keepers catch. I learnt from who I think is the best player iemhpkmk1994 that I can offset everything else with Element Boost (i.e. My Defender Kirino can still dribble decently as long as I have my Element Boost, Fully Evolved Olympus Harmony, and not faced against enemy defenders)
