There's a CORRECTION to be made here- Anant Shastri Dongre wasn't outcasted by the society. In her autobiography, she has mentioned this, "My father appeared before the guru, the head priest, and the assembly of Pandits and gave his reasons for teaching his wife. He quoted ancient authorities, and succeeded in convincing the guru and chief Pandits that it was not wrong for women and Shudras to learn Sanskrit Puranic literature. So they did not put him out of caste, nor was he molested by anyone after this. He became known as an orthodox reformer." The reason for him staying away from his native district was, "This was done in order that he might be away from the hubbub of the world, carry on his educational work and engage in devotion to the gods in a quiet place, where he would not be constantly worried by cutius visitors". Therefore, he chose to stay away in a dense forest with his family not vecause he was outcasted.

After seeing the video i gathered some more criticism like. She also lacked spirit of nationalism, and believed in global citizen like Raja Rama Mohan Roy. She shows the opportunist tendency (Adopted Christanity for aid) as well and focusing only on promoting her own thoughts by establishing different missions (only for High caste except Sharda Sadan) instead of liberalising all the women of India. She did not cooperate with Swami vivekananda and Tilak only for showing her loyalty towards missionaries. When she wanted aid she adopted christanity and then criticising the same also, a purely opportunistic stand.
Look at her time. When no one is with you, you have to take help from anyone who offers. It's her truthfulness that she criticised christenity also. Anyone taking help would not criticized their help-giver, but she did it courageously.
sir bhikhu parekh, Rajni kothari, partha chaterjee, etc jese thinkers kis head k under aate hain? as there are some questions in MA pol sci entrance paper of JNU/DU which i am not able to place under any particular head
good point...they shouldn't ask about these thinkers, except Kothari, which u read througj congress system and caste in India...but they ask random questions due to less effort, pick up from here and there...

True. This women is certified first feminist by missionaries just like they gave "father of indian renaissance" to ram mohan roy instead of swami vivekananda. Missionary are still active and mess with our education system.
