These videos always give me so much inspiration - does anyone else have any idea of what kind of filling went into the bottom of the banana tart ‘savoury almond filling’ confused me a little - thought it would be frangipani but it looks incredibly light and fluffy
Not in any way associated with OP, but I think that how the texture of frangipane tart filling is? It's made with creamed butter, icing sugar, almond powder and some eggs, some recipe will include custard. Banana works well with caramel and salt so OP probably salted the filling, just an opinion though...
