Man i feel so bad for what happened to michael samdaz like all of his downfall had happened just caus some dude attacked him when he was at some event. Whoever that guy was who attacked him on that day should be brought to justice and taken to jail for ruining a mans life
Fernandez looks like the Dos Equis' "most interesting man in the world" guy 🤭 and shame on his kidnappers for not coming up with a more creative name for themselves than "the mysterious disappearers" wtf
29:00 It isn't true? Dude, they made them wait 48 hours! By that virtue alone it is true! And I know, people love to say "there's no law that says that", which is true but irrelevant. Nobody ever said it was a law. It's department policy in some places. It doesn't need to be entered into law and it wouldn't make any sense as one. Who would be subject to such a law? The police themselves. They would be the only ones capable of breaking it! Making it a law would only serve to prevent them from breaking policy, even if they thought a case warranted it, by making it _illegal_ for them to do so!
What are you even saying? You’re rambling without making sense. If it isn’t a law and the police are being negligent in their search, they can be sued. They’re not going to promote that. Different places have different policies but they can get them in trouble because it’s not something they’re legally protected by. What he said is right, officers should not be enforcing a rule that’s not enforceable by law. They’re the people meant to be upholding it. 48 hours is only used because of how many people in the US run away and waste resources. You as a civilian can fight their rule. 🤦🏼♀️ When you ramble on about things you believe it becomes just that, a rambling. You do not need to wait 48 hours and they could’ve forced the departments hand. You have the legal right to do that. 🤦🏼♀️
Thank you 5 Unknowns 👋👋 I have Always Wondered what happens to people who go missing. Whether they go missing intentionally or ...??

@@kirstybrown1185 What was that you said about rambling? And you didn't even counter what I said! It is still true, law or not. 🤦♂

Interesting cases but not creepy at all
Thank you for today's mysteries. There is Light and Love and more around us too than we can see in this world...Jesus Loves Us All!
.... ? So the first one is unsolved? .... ok. Lol
Do they know who kidnapped him?
My favorite type of video. Brilliant. Please stop with the ridiculous Mandela effect and stupid conspiracy videos. They're insulting.
Especially the t.v shows conspiracy theories.
Must you say the guys name in every sentence,
Kutacura
And incorrectly I might add.
