i was always on their radar for filing grievances ever since i passed probation. i worked slow asf but they couldnt do shit cause of union lol. they hate people who know how to use the contract. they break lots of rules in the contract. last week of work i used all my sick days, missed 2 more days after and quit the next day through text. they didnt pay me my final check in time. they tried to tell me i need to come in to pick up my check and drop off my badge (which isnt true) so i hit up a labor lawyer. within a couple months got my final check with 40 hrs unused vacations and 1200 more from filing the claim 😂
UPS is the most shadiest company i ever worked at. at one point the union had my back but after a while it seems like UPS bribed em or some shit. they started taking the sups and managers side. union local 63 rialto is a bunch of crooks.
