Absolutely gorgeous, and I didn't see ant contortionist chord shapes. I'm going to have to look into DADGAD.
Sounds great man! You capture the mood perfectly. I love the sound of that cedar top too!
oh my god, it's so beautiful.
i didn't know how amazing sound the DADGAD chords. this sound feels like nostalgic.
keep it up Jean! big love from japan🇯🇵
Jean, that is such a beautiful arrangement! I hope you don't mind, if I steal it for myself and play it from time to time) Once again - that's what I call a masterpiece, thank you so much for doing your celtic arrangements. You're an inspiration
Bravo for this superb arrangement and for your divine interpretation - Thank you to you 🙂 - Musically - Laurent
Although I don't play in DADGAD, your arrangements, your style and the songs you've chosen have influenced me intensely.
Thank you and bravo for your work!
That was really beautiful. I'm glad you didn't mess with the melody in your arrangement. It was a good idea to listen to many variations of this then make your own version. So many do mess around and just ruin it. Glad you didn't. I've loved this tune for a very long time. Thank you
Thank you very much for the music, Jean! It is incredibly beautiful playing! 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
That was actually the best arrangement I've ever heard! I always felt like Captain O'Kane was a song that was always playing in the background of my life. This actually made me tear up, Turlough would be proud! Absolutely amazing. Is there a tab for this arrangement? Keep up the good work, I gotta step my game up.
Thank you 🙂
The tab is available, you can contact me by mail (banwarth@free.fr)
Sent the email. Hopefully I can play this amazing arrangement!@@irishguitar
Thumbs up, Jean! Ouf!
I just wondered what is the make of that guitar you are playing? It has such a beautiful tone?
I have the tab to this in CGCGCD but your DADGAD arrangement sounds SO much better. Got to buy your version
@@irishguitar I've been trying to learn this for 11 weeks now and am really struggling. It looks SO easy when you do it 🙂 However, I like a challenge!!! I love playing your Morning dew and Yellow Wattle. I usually start with Yellow Wattle and then go straight into the Morning dew, they flow really nicely together.
This is beautiful. Do you mind me asking how you learned it? I’m going to try to learn it by watching you but if there’s another way please let me know. Thanks for posting so much great stuff
Thank you !
I listened to many versions of the melody composed by Turlough O'Carolan and then I made my own arrangement 😊
You can learn by watching the video or save time by buying the tablature. Just contact me by mail to have all the necessary details: banwarth@free.fr
Reminds me a lot of STAR OF THE COUNTY DOWN! Beautiful playing BTW! Is that Lowden guitar?
Thanks :-) Yes, it is a Lowden. More infos in the text below the video (click on "More")
Dingue
Magnifique
Merci 🙂
