A little timesaving tip - new in V1.2 you can now solo an effect, so when you're tweaking you can listen an effect in isolation without having to switch off all the others, turn off the sequencer etc. Just shift+click the effect power button, or right click the effect and select 'solo' from the context menu.

Is it also possible to automate the effect's power buttons in the DAW or is this only possible by automating the effect's mix values to 0% (off) and 100% (on) ?
@@rivella99 Yes, the on buttons can be automated. Or, switch on MIDI mode and play them with MIDI notes.
@@DeviousMachines Hmmmm, nothing happens when i try to get an automation connection in Ableton. I.e. i click the power button of any effect in the effects tab, but the automation option doesn't show up in the configuration area of the plugin in Ableton. Can you please tell me how this has to be done? Other sliders and knobs are automateable like this.

Just recently actually bought Infiltrator myself! Luckily, the 30% discount was already going on! But still a bummer as I would have loved to support you a little bit by using your link. Anyhow, I think it's an amazing VST! Even if I don't use the sequencer that often I just throw it on my mixer track for its awesome distortion and compression capabilities. :)

Thing is, a lot of people say Ableton is more versatile than Logic but it’s not what you use its how you use it. Sometimes these tunes although technical lack soul. Love a brutal tune but it’s mastering your ideas more than what equipment to use. Phasers, LFO is nothing new, can do this in Kontakt even

So in Renoise you can assign macros in the sampler. Great for amens and breaks and basslines. Similar kind of thing here and no need for an additional VST like this. Also has seperate FX chains in the sampler in addition to the channel which can also be assigned to macros. Would love to see you give Renoise a shot. Would be happy to help you out with it if you need any advice.

@@STRANJAH awesome, message me if you need advice or help with anything. I've been messing around with renoise for a few years now and have pretty good grasp on it. There's a few tricks I've learned that save alot of time and effort.

That sounds sick, if you were going to use it to create more variations over a whole track, would you have to bounce each pattern then arrange them, or is there a way to automate it over a longer period?
Good question the sequencer seems to be limited to a number of bars so I would probably bounce it to audio. Then create more sequences.

Yeah, currently the sequencer is limited to 32 steps. However the idea of having switchable patterns/banks of sequences has been discussed. Maybe something we'll add in a later update if enough people want it :)

So.btw, tere's people in here trying to relate Renoise to this plugin, totally different ideas. I just watch a couple videos on it, and Renoise is a slicer, totally different from this plugin.
