I wash my hands constantly so putting the serums on my hands is a waste. I put hand treatments, Alpha Skin AHA/Gold Bond Retinol, right before bed. The skin on the backs of hands is so thin, I simply exfoliate my hands on Sunday’s when I use my Himalayan salt body scrub 😊
I wash my hands a lot too or I am using hand sanitizer so yes it can be hard to reapply products during the day but as long as moisturizer and spf is being reapplied it's better than nothing at all👍🏻
I was taught that everything we do to our faces we should also do to our neck, chest and hands so they all match! ❤

I like to put on the Ordinary 7% Glycolic Acid at night, and top with a moisturizer on nights I don't put retinal on them. And a night or two without any heavy actives. Per week.

I honestly wish I had of taken before and after photos. Hi Miss Ash, when I do my skincare routine I always do my hands but I need to be more consistent with applying sunscreen during the summer months. 😍
It's hard to remember but once we are in that groove, we will always think of it 👍🏻
For driving in the car get a pair of UV protective gloves with grippers on the palm. I was using sunscreen and my car was destroyed, white greasy marks everywhere and sometimes my hands would slip off the steering wheel too. Really really happy with the gloves, highly recommend.

I cant just used anything on my hands. It would have to be a specific hand product. OR SOME KINF OF OIL, BUT IT DEPENDS ON THE OIL MY HANDS LIKE., Urea 5% or 10% products for hands is a good way to exfoliate gently. Eucerin has one. But it is not good to used it all the time ! Especially if your hands are not dry and flakey. Because you dont want to thin out your skin. Korean hands products I have used ARE also A 5% urea hand creams. Also Korean hand Ampoules.
If your hands feel irritated Vanicream moisturizing cream. You can used Emu oil also on top of a hand product to penetrate THE PRODUCT MORE into the skin or you can used it solo at times also.
I notice Emu oil is a seal for your skin. I like using THE EMU JOY PRODUCT.🤲🙏 ALSO ALWAYS USE GLOVES WHEN WASHING DISHES, AND WHEN DOING OTHER CLEANING AROUND THE HOUSE. 🤲

I have both! Silk is hard to find but the cotton ones work just as well🥰

Missing treatment for crack hands
Tretnoin!!! I cannot believe it my hands look 20 years younger LOL!!! I stopped using “hand soap” also I wash my hands constantly all day and I just use my Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Body Wash … it’s so moisturizing don’t really need need lotion but I use the counterpart too Aveeno DM Lotion … I put all my skincare on my hands neck chest all the lactic acid glycolic acids everything lol … plus things I don’t like for my face 🤣🤣🤣

Have you tried Revlon Bakuchiol hand cream (or Revlon Bakuchiol body lotion, scrub, etc)? The body lotion is amazing (on top of The Ordinary 7% glycolic acid).

Prevention is key. I use driving gloves (Coolibar) now but wish I had started 30 years ago.
I have always used the lastt bit from my facecream and serum on my hands but I started a few weeks ago with a real hand care regiment. I use Paula's Choice 10% aha bodycream for exfoliation. The serums on my face go on my hands as well and that can be anti oxidants and peptides. Then I use the retinaldehyde in suspension 2% from The Ordinary and I close with a barrier supporting cream with ceramides. In the evening I use cotton gloves. In the daytime I use a sunscreen.
I'm a fan of skin care but always neglected hands until I moved to Thailand, super hot weather and I was biking a lot. Also my skin on the hands is super thin and my veins are sooo notorious and green. I used to put regular hand cream until I had this "crazy" thought of trying a pea sized amount of the retinol eye cream by Some By Me. You have no idea how my hands improved. I do it every other night and Im super happy with the result. Then I add moisturizer.
Thanks for the video, I have always been one, to use on my hands whatever, I am using for my face, no matter my face gets my hands, chest and neck gets, it makes a big difference when the face, neck, chest and hands look the same. I never used special hand creams, the secret is consistency, make no mistake, FYI my hands are soft like a baby's butt. Have a great start to the week.
I have never been consistent. I do use sunscreen on a more consistent basis. But honestly I use serums and creams only for repair dry skin from washing my hands. Thanks for the reminder.
Ladies: the best recommendation is: sunscreen sunscreen sunscreen 🥰 What goes on my face AM/PM goes over my hands and I’m shy on 60. My hands are porcelain white with not 1 tiny age spot to date 🙏 Exfoliate, Ever peel pads, am VitaC, a little Colleen Rothschild no 9 face oil sunscreen. PM: Timeless peptides and 2-3x at night; Retin A, moisturizer and since I get biweekly gel manicure, I apply sunscreen since my hands go inside the nail dryer. However Sunscreen is 💯 your #1 bestie 🌸🍃🌸🍃

I definitely tan my legs but more so in the spring summer. I love using the BaliBody tanning mousse or the St Tropez. Adding oil to your legs, gives a beauty glow 🥰
Omg, this is to ironic! I found myself just starting a night hand treatment just last night. I figured why not use my face products onto the backs of my hands as well followed by a thicker hand cream at the end. I will start implementing exfoliating of the hands, can't wait to see the results. Occasionally my hands will get so dry that they will crack especially around the knuckles on these days I plan to put on a set of 100% cotton thin gloves to better absorbed the products. Wish me luck!🙌

My knuckles sometimes crack as well and I find when I put a thick layer of ointment on my hands paired with the cotton gloves before bed, my hands feel incredible in the morning.
