This recipe is a feast for the senses, combining aromatic spices, fragrant basmati rice, and tender #paneer cooked to perfection in the dum style.
Ingredients:
To make this #paneerdumbiryani even more special we need two special recipes, #birista (fried onions) and aromatic #biryanimasala, but I’ve skipped these detailed recipes in this video, as I have already shared these in my Veg #dumbiryani video.

Ingredients :
1. 500 gm Basmati Rice
2. 1 tejpatta, 7 to 8 sabut kali mirch, 3 laung, 2 chote tukre dal chini, 1 phool chakri, Dried Rose leaves 1 tspn, jeera 1.5 tspn, 1/2 tspn kewra essence, 2 tbpsn oil, 2 Hari mirch, 1 lemon.
Paneer Marination :
1. 350 gms paneer
2. Finger Garlic paste 1 tspn
3. Pudina leaves 2 tbspn
4. Dhaniya leaves 2 tbspn
5. 1 cup Dahi
6. 1/2 cup Brista
7. Salt 1 tspn
8. Biriyani Masala 1.5 tspn
9. Salt
10. 1 tspn kashmiri red chilli powder
11. Haldi 1/2 tspn
12. Dhaniya jeera powder 1 tspn.
For biriyani tadka :
1. 2 tbspn Ghee
2. 1 tbspn Ginger Garlic paste
3. Salt
4. Haldi 1/2 tspn
5. 1/2 tspn kashmiri red chilli powder
6. 1 tspn Biriyani Masala
7. Marinated paneer
8. Saffron milk 2 tbspn
9. Pudina leaves
10. Dhaniya
11. Rice
12. Brista
13. Kewra easence
14. Jhol of biriryani
15. Biriyani masala
16. Rice water
17. Desi Ghee
18. Kewra essence

Madam ji hyderabad biryani two benifit hai ek aap ne chawal ke paani ka veg stock banaa liya alag se veg stock ki jaroorat nahi padi aur second is aap paneer tadke se aap jhol use Kiya es main bhi jhole ko alag jhole banaane ki jaroorat nahi padi flavour pura mantain karke rakha biryaani ka aur time ki bachat bhi biryani taxtur colour and texted aroma and presentation also good thankyou ji

पोटली के साथ पानी को 5 मिनट उबालने वाला तरीका सटीक लगा. उसी पानी को इस्तेमाल करना भी वदिया. पूरे विडिओ को पांच बटा पांच. ऐतवार दोपहरी उड़न गियां खुशबुआं..
