FINN POWER F6 Punching machine

Punching machine FINN POWER F6, built in 1999 in Finland, is used in the process of fast and accurate punching of holes in workpieces. The punching process is performed with a high pressing force of 30 tons, on a sheet measuring a maximum length of 3061 mm, a width of 1528 mm and a thickness of 8 mm. The turret head with 20 stations and the multitool head with 10 stations (1 at rest) used on the machine allow high quality machining of the parts.
During one minute, the FINN-POWER F6-25 sheet metal punching machine performs (depending on the selected mode) between 150 and 900 strokes per minute. Equipment offered with the punch press includes a SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840D CNC controller for total machine control, a new waste conveyor and two pneumatic clamps. The machine has been continuously maintained: in 2021 the oil and all filters were changed. The total weight of the machine is 13500 kg.
