It depends on which Halloween timeline you’re using Michael from, and whether or not Jason is undead or pre-undead.
I'd also like to add that in H20's opening scene a police officer notes that Michael's body was never found after Halloween 2, which means that in this timeline he wasn't in a coma for 10 years, but must have just got up as soon as the credits rolled and walked off being fried like burnt chicken as if it was nothing and he didn't need any medical treatment afterwards.
In that respect, the healing factor of H20 Michael could be just as strong as that of Zombie Jason.
I did think about that, but I assume he was still damaged enough to not come back for 20 whole years

@@KindaSubpar Well, in the movie we don't know for sure what Michael did for 20 whole years, but if you are able to just stand up, disappear from the scene without a trace (which means he must have been fast + gone a far distance) and have enough power to provide for yourself (food, shelter, healing), as there is no hospital or cult to take care of you, then my guess would be tha you did just fine. Plus for that to happen his eyes must have somehow healed back to normal? Which after getting them shot poit blank and burned mere minutes ago is pretty damn impressive too.
The question what the hell he did during those 20 years is the same to what Jason did between drowning in 1958 and seeing his mother killed in 81, like has he never tried to return to her?
But I'm sure there is a prequel comic to H20 somewhere, which explores that.
@lutho7693 Canotically, the part 2 novelization states that Jason had been hunting for food and survival for years, and he actually did go find Pamela and witnessed her getting decapitated. Although this has since been retconned via Jason goes to hell and freddy vs jason vs ash comics which re-work his origin to be some sort of undead demon that Pamela brought back from the dead via the necronomican.
Jason also runs in Freddy VS Jason. It happens in the scene where Jason picks up Freddy and smashes him through multiple windows while running. Its also noted in the novels that every time Jason comes back he comes back stronger.

Considering these two are very similar in stats the fight would likely depend on where it would take place. Jason's best wincon is to overpower michael with his superior strength, so if the fight takes place in a open field like crystal lake, jason would likely win. While myers' best wincon is relying on his stealth skills and intelect, so if the fight takes place in haddonfield or a place where he can sneak around he could probably take down jason with a surprise attack. Overall the fight can go either way.
Depends on what part you use for jason, if part 6-8 then yeah it is pretty much comparable

I always thought of this as a "Strength build versus Dexterity build" matchup. Jason mainly relies on raw brute strength while Myers is reliant on stealth. I think Jason wins in a direct fight but Myers could get an edge over him if he plays sneaky. Zombie Jason definitely mops the floor with Mikey no matter what though.
Also don't forget part nine hax Jason can possess Michael.

They're both pretty Brutal in kills there's at least three different versions of Jason and with two of them Jason wins those being Cyborg and Zombie Jason.
Now the only fair fight would be Jason and Michael's although Jason uses more than just his machete he used a crossbow in number 3 or 4? (I could be wrong though) Jason also lifted a girl while in a sleeping bag, just before slamming her against her a tree and killing her with one hit, Cyborg Jason also did this but he did it over and over again, Jason also can be brutal with his kills.
So Jason and Michael either would win if they get the upper hand but Michael might win if he can just outlast Jason when taking damage.
