Quick correction for some of them:
The "who" seems to be more of a "why"
The "I'm one of you" is directly "I'm part of you" (kinda makes sense, tomomi seems to be the online persona of whoever the protag is)
Most of the others you got right or I literally just can't make out through the xbox-liveification of her voice

You have to search QAI after Anime.EXE is downloaded or else it won't work.

On your device? It doesn't exist it got removed bc many players who downloaded the game got killed got virus on their pc laptop playstore devs had to permanetly deleted it bc of virus and killing i think
