Thank you Hunter for another topic and great commentary! This was devastating. I’m a Fever Fan , but I love Cameron Brink, She has been really shining and coming into her own, I was watching that game and I was just in awe when I saw it Happen early on, as my first thought was, oh man, I hope it’s not an ACL. I reversed the gameplay and went back to look In slow sequences. Nonetheless, when I did so, you could clearly see the extreme pain on her face, she tried to smile, as her teammates rallied around her, But it was clear she had the look of panic and my gut sank as I just felt it did not look good. I was impressed with the research that you did, and surprised to see all those Big names on that list of players that you listed that have rebounded after an ACL injury, quite impressive list of names there. So yeah, I agree with you, we can only hope that Cameron makes a full recovery and at some point is able to get back to playing and improving her game and career.

I really hate to see this. They've gotten better with ACL surgery, but there's no guarantee. Fortunately she's a Stanford graduate so there are likely other options.

Major loss but the Sparks were not making the playoffs any way. This means much more playing time for Li Yueru and hopefully more touches for Rickea. I think they'll pick up a point guard with the hardship contract.
