😂😂😂😂 হাস্যকর ১৮ সালে যখন কোটার বিরুদ্ধে রীট করতে গেছিলো তখন আদালত বলেছিলো কোটা নির্বাহী বিভাগের দায়িত্ব আদালতের না। এই বলে খারিজ করে দিয়েছিলো। আর এখন কিভাবে আদালতের দায়িত্ব হয়ে গেলো।

আদালতে বিচারাধীন বিষয় নিয়ে নির্বাহী বিভাগ কোন আদেশ দিতে পারেনা। তাতে আইনী জটিলতা সৃষ্টি হবে।
