Rat infestation and other undesirable critters including bedbugs at naia happened over time. If officials will look around the surrounding areas abutting naia3. Officials would be surprised to learn that those rats are coming in from the nearby "shanties" to feast at naia3's concessionaires. There is only one group of people to blame for this. That is, businesses just leaving their trash and garbage where ever they want. Rats wouldn't be around a place where there are no food for them.
Other than rat infestation. This is non issue. The main infestation at naia3 were having those big belly animals with human hands and feet and wears cheap native dress. Cause these "critters" are worse than the rats themselves.
Now that the public have witnessed these drawback in having a new and refurbished international hub. Officials just realized that it' was more preferred by the using public to have water buffaloes deers and hogs inside naia3. At least the only inconvenience that the public may have was just the smell. However, those animals wouldn't rob you of your precious stuff. They would have a,hard time to unzip a luggage. But, they could only knaw on it.
