You know it's funny that you bring this video up, while as a manager I cannot stress the importance of taking your 2 breaks and your launch during your work shift. By stepping away and doing something different actually rejuvenate your brain to where you'll actually perform better when you come back to work. You get a better feeling of self accomplishment at your job when you do this.

I love this and agreed... in times when we feel overwhelmed like present day times for everyone pretty much..ITS SO IMPORTANT to take time out to "play". Whatever it is that provides that 'time out' from the situation at hand. Beautifully put in your video & I will continue to use this method to my madness because we raise our frequency when we are the opposite of stressed out or overwhelmed. Going to share this video to my page 👍✌💓💙💗💚💛🧡💯

Hey Michael Dennis! Omg! I can so relate to your story 😅🙈 I used to stress out so much about homework but for me it was more about being the best. I've had to learn to have more fun in life and it's still a conscious practice.
I think the lighting is good. Great message today! All the best! 😇

Yess I'm the same way, I've always been so responsible I need to remind myself to let loose sometimes! And glad you liked the lighting😁

@@MichaelDennis1234 haha I would have never guessed. I figured from your videos on going to EDM concerts that you were able to cut loose so much more than me 😅🙈 Glad to know we can bond over this personal challenge 😜

Yeah man burnout is a big thing. Glad you brought this overwork into a video. I made a similar one myself and i think the populations needs some more awareness of this stuff

What mic do you use your sound quality is great!

I just use a pretty cheap lavalier mic from Amazon! But about a month ago I also started doing some editing to the audio in Final Cut Pro that helps a ton. It turns out you should never really post raw audio (or video, for that matter) -- there's so much you can do to improve it in your editing software! Let me know if you want to know more, but the stuff I learned was from simple UA-cam searches anyway. I appreciate the comment!

ESSARGEE with whatever activity will get your mind off of it - exercising, reading, sleeping, etc. Once you’ve stepped back from it for a bit you should have a clearer head and be ready to keep going
