Absolutely pointless totally illegal, what is the point?
Totally illegal on UK roads It will be classed as a moped requiring insurance helmet etc.
🙂HI.... Great video....
My question is ... Does this bike have Cruise Control???
Thanks☮️✌️✅
To qualify as an e-bike it must have a motor no greater the 250watts, be restricted to a max speed of 25km (16mph) and pedal assisted, not throttle operated.
And your car cannot exceed the roads speed limit right 🤣😂💩🙄
I forgot we all live in Trevor Keay’s jurisdiction. Trevor, the definition of an electronic bike is a bicycle that is electronically operated. What you are describing are jurisdictional laws. So if my car can go over the speed limit, it’s no longer considered a car? What? What’s crazier is that 8 people liked that comment, that’s wild. Our school system is turning into trash.
You can actually have a throttle up to 6km Karen.
Hi John, great video. Thanks for making it available for us. One question please: this is the only e-bike that I found combining foldability, accelerator, high motor power, seat/rack and costs less than 2k. Would you know any other model with those features, please? It’s not for daily commuting. It’s intend for casual fun on and off road. Thanks.
Ah… with larger wheel diameter as well. Another differentiator.
I’ve reviewed plenty of different bikes on my channel so it’s worth checking those out.
Is that an e-bike or an e-motorbike? Thought e-bikes were limited to a 250w motor and required you to pedal for the assistance to work. If it's an e-motorbike then surely number plates, motorcycle helmet and insurance are legal requirement?
Yes, 250w output but the motor can be rated higher and this is pedal assisted.
People, there are three types of e-bikes. Class 1: eBikes that are pedal-assist only, with no throttle, and have a maximum assisted speed of 20 mph. Class 2: eBikes that also have a maximum speed of 20 mph, but are throttle-assisted. Class 3: eBikes that are pedal-assist only, with no throttle, and a maximum assisted speed of 28 mph. An electronic motorbike is an electric bike without pedals that can go usually above 50 mph. You guys in these comment sections are wild.
I really like it and I was going to buy one, but it seems like it's not road legal in the UK. 😢
And yet cars are sold that go faster than the speed limit and that’s not illegal.
I like the look of it, but I'm not sure about the twin batteries, it seems a bit of a faf. Heavy too, and a bit of a job to push if it goes wrong. I'd still like a go on it though. 😂. 👋
Should mention it’s illegal to use on UK roads as it’s 1000w motor and the limit is 250w.
The UK restricts the output to 250W, it doesn’t matter how big the motor is.
Technically both if you want to ride on the road.
Is there any type of anti theft security in this bike to cut off power? I mean in engwe engine pro You need to put inside key to power on bike, but i dont see something like this in x24? Does it mean You dont have any protection? And when You leave bike anyone can just power it on and drive?
😂 naughty x looks fab
good vid
NO Mudguards...!??
NO
Hari OM
Definitely chunky, that one! YAM xx
Yer a lucky lad as there will be no shortage of Christmas presents to give away this year 😉
Been missing a few videos lately. Did I just see a French advert for Phototek storage and transferring images usb key, using your image chatting away, but no sound? Hope they asked you. Jo in France 🇫🇷 x
I’ve not seen it, could you please send me the link to the video you’ve seen?
Most of the electric motorbikes I've seen so far look more and more like bicycles, minus the pedals. I can see a crossover, apart from the licence and insurance thing.
I like the idea of an etrike as it has better luggage capacity
👍🚐🚐😎
😊
Good looking bike
If you charge the main battery with the second battery turned on will it reverse flow to charge the smaller battery?
No, you have to charge each battery separately.
