when you were talking about the Phillips-Exeter (Love) Gym, I had a place like that in college, the Van-Ellis Theatre...it was my "home" away from home...I loved that place: the smell of the air in that old theatre, the creak of the Masonite flooring, even the old, worn-out furniture we had in the green room...it was a time in my life when I had NO IDEA what I was going to do, where I was headed...but I felt safe there, I felt like somebody there...thank you for bringing back that memory for me...continue to share, and God's blessings to you
Hey-- I'd like to say that I find your introspectiveness and thoughtfulness very admirable. You seem like you're figuring stuff out, as we all are. I'd love to know more about your relationship with God, because I was raised by a Christian family but have lost my faith and yet I've always wished I could believe; You seem like a wonderful and smart person and I look forward to part two Edit: I just realized that you never clarified if you believed in Christianity, so if you don't I apologize for assuming, but would still love to hear your beliefs on spirituality.
Hi Madeline! I'm so grateful this video popped up on my recommended feed. I have always considered myself agnostic, but have been exploring faith more, and feel like God might have put this video in my lap for a reason. You seem like a beautiful person, inside and out, and I'm excited to hear more of your stories.
People who experience greater suffering often have a deeper understanding of life. Their existence is more authentic compared to others. In contrast, those who lead easier lives tend to have a superficial perspective, which prevents them from truly experiencing life. Thus, facing challenges can enrich the soul.
Thank you for sharing Madeline!
