Just recently solved this problem. The issue here is not the internet or wifi, the way to solve this issue may vary but mine is to just set the current date and time of the tv. This simple issue has been consistentlt overlooked by most of the troubleshooting tips across the google help boards. I hope this helps you before you try to system reset your unit if all else fails.
