It's a brand new release, but it was recorded in May when Angelina and Toby Gad were in London for Ivors week. The train station where she did "Back to Black" with Aurelien is not far from The Palladium.
In the comments, both of them hinted that they met up again to do Bohemian Rhapsody - that's probably why he had a microphone ready and that's where the studio-like sound quality comes from.
"When I do a cover I like to create my own rendition of it" - that's Angelina's response to a question during the Ivors Awards interview, and as you said, you can hear that in almost every Angelina cover. However, Bohemian Rhapsody really is her own version, because she even got the copyright for it.
She is a really sweet and empathetic girl, I love her simple adaptation to the unexpected listener, her voice is definitely a wonderful means of interaction. 💛🧡❤
