Paneer Paratha is a popular North Indian flatbread stuffed with a spiced paneer (Indian cottage cheese) filling. It's delicious, nutritious, and relatively easy to prepare.
    INGREDIENTS :-
    For filling -------
    Paneer :- 150g
    Onion:-1
    Coriander leaves Chopped
    Green chillies chopped :- 6
    Salt :- 1/2tsp
    Red chilli powder:-1/2 tsp
    Amchoor powder :- 1/4tsp
    Coriander powder:-1tsp
    Garam masala:-1/2tsp
    For Dough :-
    Atta :- 500g
    Salt :- 1/2 tsp
    Ghee to fry
    Preparing the Paneer Filling:
1 In a bowl, combine grated paneer, green chilies, coriander leaves, garam masala,Amchoor powder , salt, and red chili powder.
2 Mix everything well until evenly combined.
    Assembling the Paratha:
1 Divide the dough into equal-sized balls (about the size of a golf ball).
2 Take one dough ball, flatten it slightly, and dust with some flour.
3 Roll it out into a small circle (about 4-5 inches in diameter).
4 Place a portion of the paneer filling in the center of the rolled dough.
5 Bring the edges together to seal the filling inside, forming a ball.
6 Gently flatten the stuffed ball and dust it with some flour.
7 Roll it out carefully into a circle (about 6-7 inches in diameter), making sure the filling doesn’t spill out.
    Cooking the Paratha:
1 Heat a tawa or griddle over medium-high heat.
2 Place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa.
3 Cook for a minute or until you see bubbles forming on the surface.
4 Flip the paratha and apply some ghee or oil on the cooked side.
5 Flip again and apply ghee or oil on the other side.
6 Cook until both sides are golden brown and crispy, pressing lightly with a spatula to ensure even cooking.
7 Remove from heat and repeat with the remaining dough and filling.
    Serving Suggestions:-
Serve hot paneer parathas with a dollop of butter, yogurt (curd), pickle, or any chutney of your choice. They also pair well with a side of mint-coriander chutney or a simple vegetable curry. Enjoy!
